• Expert in Insurance fraud detection, Emergency services call analysis and advanced voice-to-text linguistic modelling.

 

• Co-authored patents for Decision Engine technology and applied rule-based and deep learning approaches to credibility scoring.

 

• Provided on-site assessment and remote training and consultancy to major clients across the Insurance, Banking, Finance and Technology industries. 

 

• Trains a range of professionals in FSLA including those with law enforcement backgrounds and psychology.
